ABOUT US
Venturi Srl was established in 1978 by Amedeo and Adolfo Venturi.
By then, Amedeo Venturi already had over 40 years of experience with Gleason gear cutting machines.
Its extensive experience, qualified personnel and the use of Gleason machinery
means that Venturi Srl is able to offer its customers high quality products
that are able to meet even the most demanding requirements.
Venturi srl is specialized in the production of hypoid, spiral and
Zerol® bevel gears, which are made using the Gleason system, and Curvic® Couplings.
The company headquarters and production facility are located in Riola di Vergato
on the “Porrettana” road, approximately 50 km from Bologna and 30 km from the “Autostrada del Sole” motorway.
The covered production unit has an area of 4,000 m2.

How we work
Venturi srl is specialized in the production of hypoid, spiral and Zerol® bevel gears, which are made using the Gleason system, and Curvic® Couplings.
Our services include both complete supply to order and gear cutting from drawings or from a sample bevel gear.
Updates
We have recently boosted our production facility with the purchase of the Gleason 500 HCT CNC Gear Testing Machine, an advanced Single Flank Tester for measuring transmission error.
This investment has enabled us to further increase the precision and reliability of our products, ensuring superior quality control for bevel gears.
In addition, the acquisition of two outdoor grinding machines marks an important step forward in our production capacity. Thanks to this new asset, we can now integrate a type of processing in-house that was previously outsourced. With the addition of our grinding machines, we are now able to provide our customers with an even more comprehensive and controlled service directly from our facilities. This ensures consistently high quality standards and optimized delivery times.
